Who we are

What we collect

Through our forms and buttons we receive:

• Your name.
• Your mobile number.
• Your e-mail address, if you choose to give it.
• Your message, if you choose to write one.
• Clicks on our Call, WhatsApp, Telegram and Register buttons, and which pages you visit, but only if you accept analytics cookies (see Cookies and analytics).

Why we use it

We use your details only to contact you about your enquiry: the project, land or unit you asked about.

Cookies and analytics

We use the following cookies and similar storage:

• A consent cookie (primo_consent) that remembers your choice for 180 days. It is set when you answer the banner.
• Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google), only if you press Accept. It sets the cookies _ga and _ga_ followed by our measurement ID, and measures page views, clicks on our buttons and the type of enquiry sent through a form (never your name, mobile number, e-mail or message). Until you accept, and for good if you decline, nothing is loaded from Google. You can change your mind by deleting the primo_consent cookie in your browser; the banner then appears again.
• A short note in your browser session about the page you arrived from (for example a campaign tag), which we attach to your enquiry so we know which advert worked. It lives in your browser’s session storage and disappears when you close the tab.
• The map on a project page, which loads from Google Maps only after you click it. Once loaded, Google may set its own cookies; until you click, nothing is requested from Google Maps.

Legal basis and consent

We process your details because you gave them to us on purpose and agreed to be contacted. By sending a form you consent to this use, and you can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us (see Contact).

How long we keep it

We keep your details only as long as we need them to handle your enquiry, and no longer than [RETENTION PERIOD].

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell your details. We share them only with the service providers that handle them for us, and only for the purposes above:

• Telegram, which delivers a notification of your enquiry (including the details you gave) to our team.
• Our e-mail provider, which sends the same notification to our team by e-mail.
• Cloudflare, which sits in front of the whole site (all visits pass through it, to speed up and protect the site) and whose Turnstile check helps us block spam on the forms.
• Google, for analytics, only if you accept (see Cookies and analytics).
• Our hosting provider, which stores the site and your enquiry.
• Optionally, a spreadsheet or customer-relationship tool chosen by the site owner, to which your enquiry may be sent automatically (a webhook). It receives what you submitted: your name, mobile number, e-mail address and message (if you gave them), the type of enquiry, the project and unit type you asked about, the page the form was on and where you came from.
• Some of these providers may process data on servers outside Egypt.

Your rights

Under Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 you can:

• Know what data we hold about you.
• Get access to it.
• Ask us to correct it.
• Ask us to delete it or stop using it.
• Withdraw your consent.
